All orders will be shipped as one package only(some exceptions may apply). Payments will not be charged to your credit card until the order is ready to be shipped (SPECIAL ORDERS MUST BE PAID AT TIME OF PURCHASE). All delivery methods listed below will have an additional 1-7 days added to the shipping time to allow for packaging and pickup delays.
RETURNS
Waterbed Gallery wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase and our Returns Policy is simple: If you are not happy with your purchase, you may return any item within 30 days of receipt but will be subject to a 25% Restocking fee and will be responsible for all return freight charges. Before returning your merchandise you must recieve a RETURN #, you must request a return by contacting Waterbed Gallery via email at INFO@WATERBED-GALLERY.COM. Please explain the damage or problem with the product in your email. All items must be returned in the mint condition, If your order arrives damaged please make a claim with Canada Post or USPS and notify us via email at INFO@WATERBED-GALLERY.COM.
SHIPPING WITHIN CANADA
CANADA POST GROUND MAIL
Waterbed Gallery offers Canada Post Ground Mail to ship within Canada. All Packages that are shipped Canada Post Ground Mail are Now FREE. Your shipping time is 5-14 business days on average. *Please note that all Hardside Waterbed Frames, Airbeds, Softside Waterbeds, Latex Mattresses, Futons and Futon Frames will only be shipped using Regular Freight Forwarder only. Some Complete Hardside Wood frames, Complete Airbeds, Complete Softside Waterbeds are not available to our U.S. customers and vice versa.
XPRESSPOST
Waterbed Gallery offers Canada Post Xpresspost (for an extra charge) to ship within Canada. Shipments are now faster, more reliable and trackable. Your shipping time is 1-3 days for urban areas and 5-7 days for rural areas. Orders shipped by Xpresspost must be deliveried to a secure location and require a signature. If no one is available to accept the package then a card will be left by Canada Post informing you where you must pick up your package. The pick up location will be the closest Canada Postal outlet. *Please note that all the following items cannot be shipped with this shipping method. Hardside Waterbed Frames, Airbeds, Softside Waterbeds, Latex Mattresses, Futons and Futon Frames will only be shipped using Regular Feight Forwarders (2-4 weeks delivery time). SHIPPING TO THE UNITED STATES
CANADA POST U.S. EXPEDITED GROUND MAIL
Waterbed Gallery offers Canada Post US Expedited Mail to ship from Canada into the United States. All Packages (excluding all futons, complete Hardside waterbeds, Complete Airbeds, Complete Softside Waterbed and Futon Frames) that are shipped U.S. Ground Mail are Now FREE. Your shipping time is 14 business days on average. Some Complete Hardside Wood frames, Complete Airbeds, Complete Softside Waterbeds are not available to our U.S. customers and vice versa. All other items not previously mentioned are available to be shipped by U.S. Ground or Air.
CANADA POST U.S. XPRESSPOST MAIL
